Do you need the training? Probably not. Civic Communicator is easy to use right out of the gate. However, if you would like to learn some new or advanced techniques these online workshops are for you.
Every month we run a brief 30 to 60 minute online workshop regarding the use of the Civic Communicator public participation system. These workshops give our clients an opportunity to see some unique ways that we have used the system with a variety of clients. This has the result of giving each participant an opportunity to discover new ways that they can put Civic Communicator to work on their project.
The workshops are run using a phone in conference calling service and GoToMeeting.com to facilitate the online portion.
