Carl Stearns Project Manager, Strategic Planner, Facilitator
Carl Stearns brings over 15 years of public sector technical leadership and experience to the company's development efforts. Prior to founding Civic Mind Media LLC, Carl was a senior city planning consultant and public facilitator for J-U-B Engineers, Inc.
Carl's practical experience includes consulting in the development of residential and commercial subdivisions, public sector and client services related Internet applications, land use ordinances, comprehensive master planning, economic development, real estate acquisition, geographic information system (GIS) applications and business planning for numerous government agencies and small to medium businesses in Idaho, Washington, Utah and Montana and private sector companies such as AT&T Wireless. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Julie Katzer Graphic Communications Specialist
Julie Katzer brings over 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience with her as well as an extensive portfolio in Internet media. Julie, as lead web designer, helped to produce web applications ranging from online public participation services to e-commerce solutions.
Kim Stearns Public Relations, Marketing
Kim Stearns practical marketing and sales experience is a huge advantage to Civic Mind Media and our clients. Before joining Civic Mind Media Kim worked as Director of Higher Education Marketing for Alcatel USA. Prior to that position she worked as Business Development Director for gigabit Ethernet startup firm, Packet Engines. Ms. Stearns experience also includes positions with Micron PC, AT&T Wireless Services, and an overseas position with Australian company BHP Steel. |
